Holy Week

Our Lenten journey comes to its conclusion as we make our way to the Cross of Christ to celebrate Jesus’ life, death and resurrection.

Palm Sunday

Our Holy Week journey begins with Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem, as crowds waved palms with shouts of “Hosanna!”

Maundy Thursday

At the heart of the Maundy Thursday liturgy is Jesus’ commandment to love one another.

Good Friday

The ancient title for this day—the triumph of the cross—reminds us that the church gathers not to mourn this day but to celebrate Christ’s life-giving passion and to find strength and hope in the tree of life.

Easter Vigil

This is our Passover with Christ from darkness to light, from bondage to freedom, from death to life. Tonight is the heart of our celebration of the Three Days and the pinnacle of the church’s year.

Easter Sunday

“This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” God has indeed raised from the dead the one who was put to death “by hanging him on a tree.” Alleluia!
