SUMMARY:Dottie Loehrer Funeral Visitation and Memorial Service
DESCRIPTION:Dorothy Carol Loehrer\, age 94\, of Madison\, WI\, passed away on Wednesday\, June 28\, 2023\, in her Madison home. She was born on March 16\, 1929\, in Green Bay\, WI\, the daughter of Fred and Minnie Holz. She married John (Jack) Loehrer on July 2\, 1955. \nDottie had a long and varied nursing career in patient care and as an instructor. She was a very active volunteer in church\, school tutoring\, and her community. Dottie’s passion was ballroom dancing. \nDottie is survived by daughters: Gail (Brian) and Linda Loehrer; many grandchildren\, great-grandchildren; and special friend\, Charles Murray. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings; husband\, Jack; son\, Ken; and daughter\, Carol. \nFuneral visitation will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME\, 3610 Speedway Road in Madison on Thursday\, July 6\, 2023\, from 5:30 – 8:00 PM. \nAdditional visitation and funeral will be held on Friday\, July 7\, 2023 at GOOD SHEPHERD LUTHERAN CHURCH\, 5701 Raymond Road in Madison. Visitation is at 10:00 AM\, Service at 11:00 AM followed by a luncheon.
