Adult Faith Formation

Continuing your Faith Journey

There’s something for everyone at Good Shepherd looking to grow in their spiritual formation. Below are a few of the current offerings from our church.

Conversations on Faith and Race

Join our monthly conversation about why we, as Christians, need to talk about race and how to do it.  This follow-up to our Witnessing Whiteness series is meant to continue the conversation about racial disparity and why people of faith need to talk about it.

Join us on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018 at 6:30pm for our first gathering.

Location: Madison Campus

Led by Pastor Dara Schuller-Hanson ( and Susi Petta (

Contemplative Life Small Group

Various silent, contemplative methods will be discussed and practiced together including Centering Prayer, Welcoming Prayer, Labyrinth walking, Meditation, and other spiritual disciplines. No prior knowledge, experience, or membership is needed.

Kick off meeting: Thursday October 25, 6:30-8:00 (Future meetings – Thursday, November 15, no December meeting, January 24, continuing the 4th Thursday of the month)
