Sanctuary Set-Up (I can find help)
After 10:00 worship Sarah will ask for 4 folks to volunteer to take down the chairs in the sanctuary space.
At 5:00 – Brent and the Johnson family will set up the worship space. In Christmas Around the Tree shape. For about 350.
After 6:00 worship Sarah will have people stack chairs once again so the space is cleared.
Other Set Up – this could be done at 4:00 (and I can find help)
Gym – tables and chairs for 80 and garbage cans.
Fellowship Hall – tables and chairs for 40
Music Room – tables and chairs for 30 and garbage cans
Coffee Area – tables and chairs for 50
