Schroeder Memorial Service
March 15 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
The service is Friday, March 15 at 1 pm with Visitation at Noon and coffee and refreshments to immediately follow in Peterson Hall.
This will be a Memorial Service with an urn. So sanctuary will need to set with table up front and blue table cloth on table.
Brent – Cress will bring easels. We do need the rolling monitor set in the lobby and plugged in over by the Lutheran Resources board. We’ll need the usual set up in the lobby with podium and table with table cloth as well. Please set up Good Shepherd room as well.
Ronda and Brent – we’re planning on 150 at this time for refreshments. Please set Peterson Hall accordingly and recruit 3 luncheon servers. TnT will be providing cookies and bars as well as coffee, lemonade and water.
