Youth Registration: Deadline is Feb 1, 2024
Every youth attending must complete a youth registration worksheet and turn in to Sarah by February 1. A deposit of $475 is due at the same time

The final cost of attending the gathering will depend of the number of travelers and the amount of fundraising. We estimate cost per traveler to be approximately $600-1,000. Sarah will be able to provide a more accurate estimate in December. Please pay your deposit online or by check by February 1st.

Fundraising Opportunities: Save the Date
In order to keep costs low, we collectively fundraise throughout the year. These fundraisers help nurture community and require youth and adult participation. Please save the date and plan to participate in some (or all) of the fundraising opportunities.
Donation to Gathering:
Would you like to make a donation to Good Shepherd's National Youth Gathering costs or apply a gift/donation to a specific student? Simply click the donation link below, and choose 15 HS Youth Trip/Registration from the drop down menu. In the notes section either add the student's name or add Gathering 2024.
