TRANSITION TASK FORCE
The Verona Site Pastor Transition Task Force is excited to begin the important work of preparing the Ministry Site Profile for the future site pastor of our Verona campus. Over the coming months, the team—Danielle Sill (Chair), Sarah Simon, Noelle LoConte, Eric Rasmussen, and Jason Tillman—will gather input from the congregation through surveys and conversations to better understand what our community is looking for in a pastor. All of this will culminate in the creation of the Ministry Site Profile, which serves as the official job posting for pastoral candidates.
So, what exactly is a site pastor?
Think of it as an 80/20 role: 80% of their time will be dedicated to the Verona campus, with their home office based there. They’ll be a consistent, welcoming presence throughout the week - someone who is available to connect, care, and lead on-site for the Verona community. The remaining 20% of their time will be spent at the Madison campus, preaching and participating in campus events to stay connected with the broader church community.
