Adopt a School Partnership with Orchard Ridge
Good Shepherd is a long-time partner with Orchard Ridge Elementary School which is located just a few blocks from our Madison campus. This school year is going to be challenging for both the ORE staff and the ORE families and students. There are many ways you can help support ORE by donating school supplies, snacks or clothing.
Nut-Free Individually Wrapped Snacks
Snacks should be individually wrapped. Suggestions include crackers such as Goldfish, fruit snacks, and granola bars. No nut or nut by products please. Donations may be left in the bins at both the Verona and Madison campuses when the church is open.
School Supplies
Backpacks, markers, colored pencils, dry-erase markers, glue bottles, scissors, pencil cases, black or blue pens, and Post-it Notes.
Clothing
New leggings, shorts, and sweatpants. Sizes for kids in Pre-K through 5th grade.
Donations may be left in the bins at both the Verona and Madison campuses when the church is open. In addition, a bin will be available outside during food pantry hours at the Madison campus on Thursdays from 10 a.m. – noon and 5:30 – 7 p.m.
