Dunk the Deficit Team is Taking the “Polar Plunge”
The Polar Plunge is here! Saturday February 16th at Olin Park
Minus 50 degrees and freezing rain seems like the perfect weather for a Polar Plunge. To say thank you for the congregations participation in our Dunk the Deficit Campaign 2018, several pastors (including Pastor Chris) and staff from Good Shepherd will be “Freezin for a Reason,” taking the plunge to say thank you and to benefit Special Olympics of Wisconsin. This is your invitation to join the team in one of several ways.

- Sign up as a chicken, which means you support the team but won’t be diving in.
Our team bears the name of our resident Special Olympics athlete and all around sports nut Chris Larson. Come out and support Team Chris for Special Olympics and thanks for your participation in our Dunk the Deficit campaign 2018. Our plunge time will be some time between 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., listen for further updates to come via Facebook and this site!
