That’s a Wrap! | 2020 Summer Media Internship

I’m sad to see it end but excited for what the future holds.

This summer with Good Shepherd has been an absolute blessing and I know that it was God’s work that brought me to this wonderful congregation. I have learned so much and shaped my skills in new ways that I know will continue to propel me forward in my future endeavors. The Good Shepherd community has truly inspired me and brought me closer to my faith in ways that I never thought possible. I didn’t work with coworkers this summer, I made new friends.

I cannot express my gratitude strongly enough for the acceptance and grace that I felt from the members and staff at this church from the very beginning, all the way until the last days of my internship. I couldn’t ask for a better summer job, and I’m proud to leave this position knowing I was able to help tell the incredible stories of the people from the Good Shepherd community.

Even though this coming fall will look much different for me at UW-Madison, I’m glad to have learned so much more about media creation that will help me finish my senior year with a bang. Thank you to all who made this internship so worthwhile. I will never forget the impact that you have all made on me, and the impressions that you have all left on my heart.
