Blue Christmas Worship Service

The Light Shines in the Darkness

The holiday season is hard for those whose hearts are hurting. Not everyone is up and cheery for the Christmas holidays. Know…you are not alone. Blue Christmas is a gentle, contemplative service for those who are dealing with the death of a loved one, facing life after divorce or separation, coping with the loss of a job, living with cancer or some other disease that puts a question mark over the future and a number of other situations that make parties and joviality painful. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness cannot overcome it no matter how much it seems like the darkness is winning.
