Good Shepherd men head off into the wilderness

More than a dozen men from Good Shepherd set off in canoes this morning as part of a 5-day, 4-night trip to the Boundary Waters in Minnesota. Director of Outreach Rick Thomas and member Derek McCarty are leading the canoe and camping trip, which is designed to provide a chance for the men of Good Shepherd to connect, unwind, and appreciate and experience God’s creation. The men on the trip range in age from 16 to 75. If you see any of these men in church later this month, ask them about their experience out in the wilderness.
