Advent by Candlelight is an evening of reflection, fellowship, and preparation for the Christmas season. This cherished Good Shepherd tradition invites people of all ages and backgrounds to step away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and focus on the true meaning of Advent.
Held in the softly lit sanctuary, the evening features beautiful music, inspirational messages, and moments of quiet prayer. Guests gather at tables adorned with candles and seasonal decor, creating an atmosphere of warmth and reverence. Each table is hosted by a volunteer who provides refreshments and welcomes attendees with open arms.
This event is not just about celebrating the season; it’s about building connections and strengthening faith. Participants leave feeling spiritually renewed, reminded of the hope and peace that Advent brings. For many, Advent by Candlelight is a highlight of the season and a meaningful way to begin the journey toward Christmas.
