Once You See Resurrection, You Cannot Stop Noticing It | Pastor Ben Sheets | October 11, 2026

The two disciples on the road to Emmaus had every reason to recognize Jesus, and yet they could not see him. Their hopes were shattered, their hearts were heavy, and they were walking away from it all. But Jesus came looking for them anyway, walking beside them in their grief and doubt, and revealing himself in the breaking of bread. This sermon reflects on how easy it is to miss what we are not looking for, how hope is rekindled through God’s faithfulness rather than our own certainty, and how resurrection keeps showing up in the very places that have dashed our hopes. Once we begin to see it, we cannot stop noticing it. Watch the full sermon here.
